Garlic Bread

Garlic Bread is made with an Italian style loaf using slow fermentation. It is baked with pre-programmed time, temperature and steam which results in a crusty shell and many air pockets. This gives the product great flavor and texture. The garlic spread is made with pure garlic chops and non-hydrogenated margarine giving the bread a nice aroma when it is baked at home.
